Permissions and Rights

All articles published in REACT are open access and made freely available under a Creative Commons license. Unless otherwise stated, REACT adopts the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, which allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work—even commercially—provided proper credit is given to the original authors and source.

Upon acceptance, authors retain copyright to their work and grant REACT the non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and preserve the article in all formats and media. Authors are encouraged to widely disseminate their published articles, provided they cite the journal as the source.

Use of Third-Party Materials

Authors must obtain formal written permission for the use of any copyrighted content not originally created by them. This includes:

    • Images, figures, or tables reproduced from previously published works
    • Extended quotations or excerpts from books, journals, or websites
    • Content subject to trademark, copyright, or proprietary licenses

All such materials must be properly credited and accompanied by proof of permission during submission. Failure to secure required permissions may result in delays or rejection of the manuscript.

Author Responsibility

Authors are solely responsible for the legal and ethical use of all content submitted to the journal. They must ensure that:

All images, charts, and illustrations are either original, licensed, or in the public domain

Data and datasets referenced are used in compliance with applicable licensing terms

Reuse of content from their own previously published works is properly cited and, if necessary, supported by written permission

Self-plagiarism and duplicate publication are considered serious breaches of editorial policy.

Archiving and Repository Use

Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit their accepted manuscripts or final published versions in institutional repositories, personal websites, or open archives, in compliance with the CC license and proper citation of the original publication in REACT.
