The REACT Journal welcomes high-quality submissions for publication in its two peer-reviewed journals: REEAS – React Engineering, Environment, and Applied Sciences, and RHASS – React Humanities and Social Sciences. As a multidisciplinary open-access platform, REACT is committed to advancing original, practice-oriented research that addresses local and global challenges through scientific innovation, scholarly dialogue, and cross-sector engagement.
REACT currently publishes two issues annually and accepts submissions on a rolling basis throughout the year. Authors may submit manuscripts at any time, and accepted papers will be scheduled for publication in the next available issue. We aim to increase publication frequency as the journal grows in visibility and contributions.
Prospective authors are strongly encouraged to carefully review the REACT Author Guidelines prior to submission to ensure compliance with formatting, referencing, and ethical standards. These guidelines are available at:

Once manuscripts have been properly formatted, authors should proceed to submit via the official REACT manuscript portal:

All submissions undergo an initial technical screening by the editorial board to ensure compliance with submission requirements. Manuscripts that meet these requirements are forwarded for double-blind peer review. Authors will receive reviewer feedback with a request for revisions, clarifications, or rebuttals as needed. Only manuscripts that successfully pass peer review and editorial approval will be published.
REACT operates under an open-access model. For details about the Article Processing Charges applicable to different author categories under our Geographical Pricing for Open Access (GPOA) policy, please visit:

We invite authors from academia, industry, policy, and practice to contribute to REACT's vision of fostering sustainable development through innovative and inclusive research.
